DREAM Social & Civic Club is a non-profit organization that was established in 2012 to offer empowering and leadership skill building sessions to young women and adult women throughout Edgecombe County and neighbouring counties. We do this with our two initiative programs; WEOW (Women Empowering Other Women) and DGIE (Dream Gurlz Institute of Excellence). Both programs are open to the public.
